What the Virginia filing alleges

The amended complaint alleges that GoodLeap extended loans for Power Home solar purchases to more than 1,000 Virginia households. It also makes broader allegations against multiple lender defendants and former Power Home leadership.

The filing alleges more than 4,000 consumers and more than $200 million in loans across all lender defendants. Those larger figures are not GoodLeap-only figures.
